continue

Hi everybody!!
In some days time we are going to finish our course ooohh, and we’ll know who is blog writer, capricorne, bluphie, bakerna2, aire, orlando and all the others, haha.

Today I’m going to continue with the explanation of my last blog, because I think that it’s an important topic to talk about. Now I’m going to write about looking after our self.

For feeling good and looking good it’s a good idea to run, because is an excellent exercise. Before you start running, you should warm up first, using slow movement that makes all your muscles work. But be careful! If you stretch when your muscles are cold, you might do yourself an injury. You should start exercising slowly, at a pace you can keep up for 15-20 minutes (I’m not a gym teacher but more or less the rules are good to follow them, in my opinion).

It’s ok if you go to bed late occasionally but if you regularly cut down on your sleep, it will soon start to have a bad effect on your skin. If you get a good night rest, it will do your appearance like a top model. Lack of sleep can cause acne and dry skin (I’ve read it in a magazine, it’s true).

Most of us live in large polluted cities. If we got more fresh air, we would look healthier and more attractive. Walking slowly is useful but a quick pace gets more oxygen into you lungs.

Did you know that standing, sitting and walking badly can make you look heavier than you really are? If we watched the way we sat and stood, it would improve our appearance a great deal.

These are my advice, for today it’s enough. I hope this can make you feel and look good.

diets

Today, it’s Sunday, and like every Sunday I tried to write an article in English for my blog. What happen? Us you all see in my blog there aren’t many articles and this is my diary problem: time.

But today it’s a different Sunday, today is mother’s day, happy birthday to all of you!!
So thinking about this, and about this horrible rain-day, and also dreaming about the summer I’ve decided to write about a big problem in our society: the dangers of doing diets, something that many people do, especially women.

Every year the same thing happens. When the good weather stars the obsession with losing the few kilos we’ve put on over the winter begins (with turrons, mones, cakes and chocolate). People TRUY (plural) one of the miracles cures for weight loss advertised on the television or in the magazines (the diet of the egg, or of the fruit, or of the magic herbs, etc). These diets tend to be unhealthy as the may lead to serious nutrional imbalances. For example diets which are low in protein, with many others.

Although many diets can help you losing weigh just going one diet and it’s not the best answer. Usually you gain weight back after you abandoned the diet. If you want to lose weight and keep it out, you have to change much more than just what you eat. You have to change how and when you eat, and you have to start going to the gym or exercise more often. So for losing weight we have to follow three things: firstly, find out why they are overweight (not all the people need a diet because if you weight 30 kilos and you measures 1,60 m you have a big problem), secondly, you have to follow a healthy eating plan (eating a little of everything), and thirdly exercising regularly.

So these are my advices. Good chance!
